KARACHI: An Appellate bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Muhammad Humayun Khan suspended an order of attachment/freezing bank accounts of a petitioner Gul Ayaz Khan.

Darwesh Mandhan advocate appearing for the petitioner submitted that on a previous hearing court has issued an order restraining the respondent Custom officials from taking action against the petitioner who imported coloring matter (Master Batch).

The counsel informed the bench that despite order of the court, the respondents issued a recovery notice.

The bench perusing the case file after going through the order passed earlier by a SHC bench suspended the order of attachment/freezing of the bank account till next date of hearing which will be fixed by the office of the court.
