KARACHI: The Directorate General of Customs Valuation in active pursuance of ‘Tanveer Plan’ for development of database values and issuance of reference values of importable items have notified the following guidelines for different importable items.
According to a notification the value of stainless steel kitchen knife with fix blade and plastic handle (Low end/unpopular brands only) classified under PCT Heading 8208.3000 was fixed at US $ 4.50 (C&F value).
In another guide line the value of Lancor, Almariah, Soya Fresh Milk falling under PCT Heading 0401.1000, 0401.5000, 0403.1000 and 2202.9000 was determine at US $ 0. 85 to 0.70 of all origins (C&F).
In yet another guide line, the value of Digital Mini Electronic Kitchen Scale, capacity upto 5 kilograms of China origin at US $ 6.10 and of Turkey Origin at US $ 7.57 per piece.
The Directorate of Valuation also issued a guideline in respect of Festive/Christmas Snow Spray, China origin and fixed the value at US $ 1.75 per kilogram.
