KARACHI: A division bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Muhammad Humayun Khan on Friday issued notice to the Custom Officials in a case filed by Messrs Al Rehman for Nov 08.
The bench earlier heard Ghullamullah Shaikh advocate, counsel for the petitioner who maintained that his client importer Chicken Flavor Powder which is a food product. The custom is delay the release on account of alleged over invoicing which was my mistake, he submitted adding that Order in Original was not being passed due to which petitioner anticipates huge loss due to non-clearance,
The bench however after initial hearing ordered issuance of notices to all the respondent custom officers.
