KARACHI: A division bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Muhammad Humayun Khan will hear a petition pertaining to imported fancy dresses for women.
Ms Dil Khurram Shaheen Advocate represented the petitioner Mega Enterprises while Masooda Siraj making appearance for the Pakistan Customs (Preventive) sought time for solving the controversy.
The petitioner maintains that despite payment of custom duty, respondents are blocking the releases. The petitioner is ready to pay even additional duty but the custom authorities are denying release without giving any reason, she submitted.
The bench later put of hearing till Nov 09.
