KARACHI: A delegation of Canadian Border Service Agency (CBSA) led by its Regional director to Asia Claude St-Denis will visit Customs House Karachi on October 19, 2016.
Collector Appraisement East Dr. Ashad Jawad has proposed deliberations with the Regional Director CBSA pertaining to possible support in technical fields.
Claude St-Denis will be discussing enforcement and intelligence gathering for successful investigation; investigation techniques in commercial fraud related to the import/export of goods; improving risk analysis using customized tools and experience of CBSA.
The meeting of Customs officers with the CBSA teal would also discuss experience of having single platform for border management encompassing both immigration and trade-in-goods.
Collector MCC Appraisement West, Collector MCC Export, Collector Preventive and Director Reforms & Automation would also brief with visiting team.
Claude St-Denis would also meet Director General Training & Research and visit the international arrival and departure.
