KARACHI: An appellate bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprisinf Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Syed Saeed-uddin Nasir on Friday put of hearing of half a dozen cases including one filed by Riaz Trade Enterprises in respect of imported mobile phone accessories.
Ghulamullah advocate appearing for the petitioners/importers prayed to the court to order provisional release of the consignments.
Masooda Siraj advocate, Kashif Nazeer and Principal Appraiser, Law, Pakistan Customs, Ilyas Ahsan requested for rescheduling the hearing as according to them dozens of petitions involving Valuation Rulings in respect of imported mobile phone accessories are fixed for a hearing on Oct 14.
The bench accepting the request put of hearing other petitions/application also for Oct 10.
