KARACHI: Director Customs Valuation Wasif Memon has revised the customs values of cobble plates vide Valuation Ruling No.895/2016.
Recently Naimatullah Steel Works Pvt Ltd importers of cobble plates agitated against customs values determined vide Valuation Ruling No.539/2013 mainly on the ground that the values of subject goods are traded at much lower side in the international market.
Hence an exercise was initiated to determine the values of cobble plates afresh.
The customs values of cobble plates under PCT 7207.2090 of all origins are determined at $0.425/kg.
