KARACHI: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and all field formations of Inland Revenue and Pakistan Customs will observe Black Day on July 20, 2016 to express solidarity with the people of Indian held Kashmir.
Officers and officials of IRS and Customs will wear black arm bands while on duty to lodge protest against grave human rights violations in Indian occupied Kashmir.
