KARACHI: Justice Muhammad Iqbal Kalhoro of High Court of Sindh extended pre-arrest interim bail granted to Sharjeel Jamal, a local Customs Clearing Agent till May 31.
The bench ordered that this new case in which interim bail has been granted be fixed with identical petitions fixed for a hearing on May 31. Sharjeel was booked in yet another case of importing Indian cloth by alleged mis-declaration, violating ban on import of cloth from India and submitting forged documents to get the consignments released.
