KARACHI: Director Customs Valuation Karachi Dr. Wasif Ali Memon has revised the customs values of mineral grease vide Valuation Ruling No. 830/2016.
The values of mineral grease were determined earlier vide Valuation Ruling NO.331/2011. Since the said ruling was considerably old and needed updating to reflect current international prices, the same was taken up for fresh determination under HS Code 2710.1992.
Customs values of mineral grease lithium bases, M.P (multi purpose) NLGI 000 to 6, excluding SINOPEC brand grease China and ZIC brand grease Korea in packing up to 5kg or less of China/India/Korea/UAE/Saudi Arabia origin are fixed at $1.43/KG, all other origins at $1.87/KG.
Customs values of mineral grease lithium bases, M.P (multi purpose) NLGI 000 to 6, excluding SINOPEC brand grease China and ZIC brand grease Korea in packing more than 5kg of China/India/Korea/UAE/Saudi Arabia origin are fixed at $1.40/KG, all other origins at $1.84/KG.
Customs values of mineral grease lithium bases, M.P (multi purpose) NLGI 000 to 6, SINOPEC brand grease of China in packing up to 5kg or less is fixed at $1.80/KG, in packing more than 5kg at $1.77/KG.
Customs values of mineral grease lithium bases, M.P (multi purpose) NLGI 000 to 6, ZIC brand grease of Korea in packing up to 5kg or less is fixed at $1.90/KG, in packing more than 5kg at $1.87/KG.
Customs values of mineral grease lithium bases, E.P (Extreme Pressure) NLGI 000 to 6, of all origin in packing up to 5kg or less is fixed at $2.0/KG, in packing more than 5kg at $1.97/KG.
Customs values of mineral grease lithium based, H.T (High Temperature) NLGI 000 to 6, of all origin in packing up to 5kg or less is fixed at $2.0/KG, in packing more than 5kg at $1.97/KG.
Customs values of mineral grease lithium based (Industrial) of all origin in packing up to 5kg or less is fixed at $2.10/KG, in packing more than 5kg at $2.07/KG.
Customs values of mineral grease molybdenum based, H.T (High Temperature) NLGI 2&3 of all origin in packing up to 5kg or less is fixed at $2.5/KG, in packing more than 5kg at $2.47/KG.
Customs values of mineral grease molybdenum based,(Industrial) NLGI 2&3 of all origin in packing up to 5kg or less is fixed at $2.5/KG, in packing more than 5kg at $2.47/KG.
Customs values of mineral grease bentonite based, H.T (High Temperature) NLGI 2&3 and of mineral grease bentonite based (Industrial) NLGI 2&3 of all origin in packing up to 5kg or less is fixed at $2.3/KG, in packing more than 5kg at $2.27/KG.
Customs values of mineral grease calcium based, (manufactured from crude oil) of Iran origin via sea route in packing up to 5kg or less is fixed at $0.33/KG, in packing more than 5kg at $0.30/KG.
Customs values of mineral grease calcium based, (manufactured from crude oil) of Iran origin via land route in packing up to 5kg or less is fixed at $0.29/KG, in packing more than 5kg at $0.26/KG.
Customs values of mineral grease calcium based, (manufactured from crude oil) of all other origin in packing up to 5kg or less is fixed at $0.90/KG, in packing more than 5kg at $0.87/KG.
