KARACHI: The Directorate General of Customs Valuation has determined the values of tubularmetal needle under PCT 9018.3200 vide Valuation Ruling No.740/2015.
a reference was received from the clearance collectorate regarding determination of customs values of tubular metal needle as there was wide variation in the import value of the subject item. Meetings were convened with the stakeholders wherein their views were sought regarding valuation.
The tubular metal needle of all origin under PCT 9018.3200 would be assessed to duty and taxes at $6.5 per KG; tubular metal needle of China would be assessed to duty and taxes at $6.0 per KG.
