KARACHI: The Model Customs Collectorate of Appraisement has directed all the Appraising officers of Group-III & IV to submit the requisite comments/reply relating to the PCTs Headings assigned to them, within the deadline, so that the same could be vetted by senior officers and submitted to the relevant forum within the stipulated time period.
The order appeared to ensure timely submission of reply to the parawise comments and to avoid any embarrassing situation, in the cases pending decision, before the Appellate Tribunal, High Courts and replies to the office of Federal Tax Ombudsman (FTO) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
