KARACHI: A Customs Appellate bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising JusticeAqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Zulfiqar Ali Khan disposed of a petition filed by one Khalid, owner of vehicle detained by custom authorities after recovery of 2400 liters of Iranian diesel from cavities of a passenger bus.
The vehicle was detained by the ASO Ghas Bandar When the petition came up for hearing, Ms Dil Khurram Shaheen advocate appearing for the petitioner stated that the vehicle has been released by the Collectorate concerned hence she is not pressing the instant petition.
The bench allowing the request disposed of the same as “not pressed”.
