KARACHI: A link judge for Special Customs Court Karachi admitted an applicant/accused in diesel smuggling case to bail before arrest (BBA) against a solvent surety of rupees 200,000.

According to details, Muhammad Akbar owner of a tanker was booked by Pakistan Customs after smuggled Iranian diesel was recovered from vehicle owned by him found parked near Karachi.

A single bench of SHC two days back admitted the applicant to interim bail for five days asking the applicant/accused to surrender before the trial court. The accused was represented by Ms Dil Khurram Shaheen advocate.
