KARACHI: Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar of High Court of Sindh (SHC) hearing a suit filed by Cherry Blossom shoe polish company ordered Director IPR and an official of Pakistan Customs, West Collectorate to appear before the court on March 08.

The bench also asked the defendant custom officials to explain that why the order passed by the bench on previous hearing was implemented.

Earlier the counsel for Cherry Blessing said that their firm was registered prior to the Cherry Blossom. By then the Cherry Blossoom company closed down. He also objected to the maintainability of the suit filed by an Attorney for the plaintiff.

The counsel for Cherry Blessing also drew attention of the court to its previous order regarding the in-bonding of the consignment.

The bench expressed annoyance that why the order was not implemented. To another plea by the counsel for defendant company that matter was also pending before the adjudicating authority and also heard by the instant bench.

The bench asked the counsel for plaintiff to address the issue of hearing by two forums.
