KARACHI: A customs appellate bench of High Court of Sindh on Thursday fixed March 19 to fianally decide the ownership of a vehicle claimed by an appellant and another intervenor.
The bench was hearing a Special Customs Reference Application filed by one Liaquat Ali represented by Ms Dil Khurram Shaheen advocate.
The intervenor moved the claiming ownership of the vehicle in dispute. The counsel for applicant today pointed out to the court that chasis number of the vehicle claimed by intervenor was different from the one owned by the applicant as the same was bought from Sachal Welfare Association.
The bench asking for confirmation of the difference in chasis number put of further hearing till March 19 when it said controversy would be decided.
