KARACHI: An alleged smuggled vehicle was delisted from the list of vehicles to be auctioned today (Tuesday) after an order passed by a division bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Omar Sial.
The bench earlier heard Ms Dil Khurram Shaheen advocate who represented petitioner Imran Khan. The vehicle was detained by DIT. The said vehicle was listed in the auction list for today and it was put to auction during which purchasers bid for it but later on court’s order, it was delisted while the hearing of the petition was put off to an unspecified date.
