KARACHI: The judgment was reserved in three petitions of identical nature challenging enhancement of value by the Director General Valuation, Pakistan Customs.
The petitions were heard by an appellate bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Omar Sial here on Monday.
Earlier the bench was informed by the petitioner as well as the respondent side that this very bench has passed orders in SCRA 744 of 2016 wherein as per interim measure, release of goods is ordered if petitioner pays differential amount between declared value and value as per Valuation Ruling.
