KARACHI: An appellate bench of High Court of Sindh comprising Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Arshad Hussain Khan on Wednesday ordered release of 5 cranes as interim relief.
The bench was hearing a constitution petition filed by Rising Sun Construction company and four Special Custom Reference filed by the Collector Customs.
The vehicles were detained on the orders of Collector Customs, Appraisement.
