KARACHI: Directorate of Customs Valuation has revised the customs values of air conditioners vide Valuation Ruling No.1053/2017.
Customs values of split type air conditioners were determined vide Valuation Ruling No.840/2016. Moreover, reference values of portable air conditioners were notified vide Valuation Database letter.
The valuation ruling required revision in line with the prevailing prices in the international market. Therefore, an exercise was initiated to determine the customs values of the goods.
