KARACHI: An Appellate bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Yousuf Ali Saeed on Thursday ordered Pakistan Customs to file para wise comments in two identical petitions pertaining to two consignments of imported chemical.
Earlier Dil Khurram Shaheen advocate appearing for Faiz Chemicals and Winner Chemicals sought release of the consignment of Methyl Acetate as petitioners expressed readiness to pay duty and other taxes.
This court has ordered release in an identical case filed by Reliance Chemicals, she pleaded.
