KARACHI: Directorate Customs Valuation has determined the customs values of raw plain decorative paper vide Valuation Ruling No.1025/2017.
Reference values of raw plain decorative paper were earlier notified vide Valuation Guidelines. Certain importers requested to convert the same in a Valuation Ruling for uniform application.
An exercise was initiated to determine the customs values of the subject goods.
The customs values of raw plain decorative paper width 1250mm under PCT 4805.9190 of China are fixed at $2.10/kg, all other origins at $2.40/kg.
