Karachi: A division bench of Sindh high court on Wednesday ordered provisional release of soap consignment.
The bench was hearing a petition filed by B.M. Traders which imported soap raw material.
Talal Tariq advocate of Franklin law associates appearing for the importer relied on an order passed by the court on 9th September 2016 in petition 4790 of 2015. The court suspended order of the director general Valuation and ordered provisional release of the consignments. The court also ordered fixing this petition along with dozens of identical petitions fixed for a hearing in third week of February.
