KARACHI: The Director of Customs Valuation Karachi, Dr. Wasif Memon has revised the Customs values of bleached/unbleached kraft liner board vide Valuation Ruling No.833/2016.
Customs values of bleached/unbleached kraft liner board and unbleached sack kraft paper were determined vide Valuation Ruling NO.721/2015. All Pakistan Paper Merchants Association requested for revisiting the values to reflect the current prices prevalent in international market. Accordingly, an exercise was carried on to determine the values of the goods under HS Code 4804.
The customs values of bleached/white Kraft Liner Board of Portugal/Poland/Czech republic are determined at $0.73/KG, of Australia at $0.75/KG, of Sweden/Austria/France/Germany/Belgium/Finland at $0.78/KG, of UK/Ireland at $0.79/KG, of China at $0.62/KG, of USA/Canada at $0.75/KG, of UAE/Saudi Arabia at $0.63/KG, of Brazil at $0.72, of Japan at $0.65 and all other origins at $0.73/KG.
The customs values of bleached/white Kraft Liner paper of Portugal/Poland/Czech republic are determined at $0.76/KG, of Australia at $0.78/KG, of Sweden/Austria/France/Germany/Belgium/Finland at $0.82/KG, of UK/Ireland at $0.83/KG, of China at $0.65/KG, of USA/Canada at $0.79/KG, of UAE/Saudi Arabia at $0.66/KG, of Brazil at $0.75, of Japan at $0.68 and all other origins at $0.76/KG.
The customs values of unbleached/brown Kraft Liner board of Portugal/Poland/Czech republic are determined at $0.65/KG, of Australia at $0.66/KG, of Sweden/Austria/France/Germany/Belgium/Finland at $0.70/KG, of UK/Ireland at $0.71/KG, of China at $0.0.56/KG, of USA/Canada at $0.67/KG, of UAE/Saudi Arabia at $0.57/KG, of Brazil at $0.65, of Japan at $0.58 and all other origins at $0.66/KG.
