KARACHI: Two accused booked in alleged smuggling case of Ghutka, Seeshan and Cigarette were admitted to bail before arrest by Special Custom’s Court Judge, Syed Faiz Rasool Rashidi here on Wednesday.

Haji Muhammad Shafi and Muhammad Saleem sought bail. She denied seizure of banned items from ware house situated in Tower Market, Salamat Para, Hyderabad. She said that her clients purchased the alleged smuggled items from Karachi. She said that it is a case of further inquiry and that FIR was also against unidentified persons.
The bench hearing the counsel for applicant admitted them to bail before arrest against a solvent surety of rupees 0.2 million each.
