KARACHI: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has transferred all the pending appeals to Commissioner Inland Revenue (Appeals V) Karachi from Commissioner Inland Revenue (Appeals IV).
According to an order issued by Legal Wing of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) the cases have been transferred to Appeals V, however, some pending cases would be remained with the CIR Appeals IV, which included:

Pending appeals transferred to CIR Appeals-V from Appeals-IV Karachi
